Our Services
Persistent Pain
When pain lasts longer than expected, it can start affecting you in multiple ways, causing more confusion and concern about what's going on. At Esprit Pain Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy we provide a full assessment and explanation of why your pain has continued. Together, we will create a plan forwards, support your confidence to move, and help you take steps toward recovery—even if pain is still there
Persistent Postural Perceptual Dizziness
PPPD often starts after a period of severe dizziness, injury, illness, or stress, due to changes in how the brain handles movement and balance signals. This ongoing unsteadiness can make daily activities or social events harder than expected. At Esprit, I help you understand your symptoms and what your brain needs to create stability. Together, we use proven exercises and clear strategies to help you regain balance and feel confident managing your day-to-day life.
Persistent Concussion Symptoms
Ongoing symptoms after concussion can be difficult, often causing headaches, trouble focusing, tiredness, or sensitivity to light and noise. These issues can affect your daily life, making it harder to return to work, school, sport, or regular routines. With individual assessment and care, I help you build coping skills and manage your recovery at your pace. Together, we can rebuild your confidence and support your return to what matters most.
Breathing Pattern Dysfunction
Many people are surprised to learn their breathing patterns may be affecting their health. Poor breathing can cause headaches, dizziness, and tiredness, and worsen other health conditions. At Esprit, I assess your breathing habits as well as guide you in learning healthier and more efficient breathing techniques.
Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) Rehabilitation
FND has been dubbed "the most common neurological condition that no one knows about". It is frequently mis-understood - however recovery is fully possible. At Esprit we provide education, support and rehabilitation for FND. A confirmed diagnosis by a neurologist is preferred.
Acute Injury Physiotherapy
Assessment and physiotherapy treatment for acute injury recovery. Includes hands-on therapy, advice, adjuncts and individualised exercise programme (delivered digitally).
Orthopaedic Rehabilitation
Post-operative rehabilitation including total hip/shoulder/knee joints, spinal surgery, shoulder and lower limb surgery.
